Service Introduction

The adult products manufactured by TIGER Company are produced under strict quality control and are shipped only after passing multiple inspections.

All TIGER products are brand new. Please feel free to purchase and use them with confidence!

If the purchased items are damaged during transportation, please contact customer service as soon as possible upon receipt for resolution.

If a product is found to have quality issues before use, such as:

  • The motor not operating when powered on normally,

  • Or a lack of adhesive or breakage in fully wrapped adhesive products (which will be considered quality issues),

please contact customer service for assistance.

Products with such issues cannot be used. Please note that once a product has been opened or used, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Due to the unique nature of adult products, they fall under the category of fast-moving consumer goods:

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to non-production-related quality issues once the packaging has been opened.

  • For returns or exchanges not related to quality issues, the product must remain unopened and unused.

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be borne by the customer.

If damage occurs due to improper use or other human factors, our company does not accept returns or exchanges.
